Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes - Hi, My name is Naomi and I‘m a carboholic. Yes, anything which has an excess level of carbs – I’m in. I’ll skip during the prime rib. The fried chicken. Just pass me these potatoes and let’s call it each day.

I kid you not. You’ll forget about that juicy steak whenever you have a bite of those potatoes. These crisp tender potatoes smothered in melted butter, Parmesan cheese and well seasoned with fragrant herbs. And possibly even a small amount of extra Parmesan cheese right on top.
